What information do we collect?

SitLab collects information from you when you fill out a form on our website, place an order, or make an enquiry. Depending on what you're doing, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and company name.

If you place an order, we also hold the details of that order and your delivery information. Payments are handled by our payment provider — card details are never stored by SitLab.

You are welcome to browse our website anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

1. To respond to an enquiry or provide advice on the right seating for your workspace
2. To contact you as part of the transaction process when placing an order
3. To arrange delivery of your order and to provide after-sales and warranty support
4. To obtain feedback on a product you have ordered
5. To investigate any complaints relating to misuse of the website, a product or a service
6. To send you periodic emails that you have subscribed to through your nominated email address

You can choose not to receive marketing emails from us. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can also email us at sales@sitlab.co.nz to be removed from our mailing list.
